1. Custom Orders & Precision Crafting

By placing an order with H-Cubed Specialties, you acknowledge that each sign is custom-made to your specific requirements. We use high-resolution visualization tools and precision crafting to ensure accuracy. Please review all customization details (spelling, colors, and dimensions) before finalizing your order.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. * Once production has begun, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

• We do not offer refunds for customer errors, including typos provided during the ordering process or dissatisfaction with color choices that match the product descriptions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error that deviates from your approved order:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include a photo of the damage and the packaging.

• We will prioritize a replacement of the original order at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive for precision in our timeline, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products accurately using high-resolution imagery. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and the nature of solid surface materials.
